1. Thaw. 2. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven, pour sauce over roast and return to oven for 30 minutes or until internal temp. reaches 160 degrees.

|
1. Preheat oven or flat grill to 400.
2. Place quesadillas on either a cookie sheet or directly on flattop grill.
3. Bake for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side) or grill for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side).

Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup
|
1. Thaw. 2. Pour contents of bag containing chicken into large kettle.
Full size - add 7 cups of water and rice.
Half size - add 3 1/2 cups of water and rice.
3. Cook over medium heat until rice and veggies are tender (about 20-25 minutes), stirring occasionally.
4. Add bag containing cheese. Heat through. 5. Serve garnished with tortilla strips.

Sweet & Spicy Turkey Club on a Pretzel Roll

1. Thaw. 2. Microwave buns for 30 seconds.
3. Layer, turkey, pepper/jack cheese and bacon in individual stacks on microwavable plates. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until heated through. Place on heated pretzel rolls. Top with desired amount of sweet & spicy plum sauce.

1. Thaw
2. Broil or grill for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired wellness. Brush with sauce.

Sweet & Spicy Grilled Thai Chicken
|
1. Cook from frozen.
2. Grill or fry in nonstick skillet (1 Tbsp.) oil, on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Brush with Thai sauce and continue cooking until heated through. Pour remaining Thai sauce over chicken and serve.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

1. Thaw. 2. In large non-stick skillet, brown pork chops in 2 Tbsp. oil 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Pour sauce over chops, cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. 4. Serve over rice.
Rice:
Place rice and 3 cups of water (full size) or 1-1/2 cups (half size) in a 2 qt. saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Seafood Alfredo Bake
|
1. Thaw.
2. Bake, covered, @ 375 degrees 35-40 minutes or until heated through. Remove cover and continue baking until Parmesan begins to melt. Broil on low for 4-5 minutes.

Barbacoa Beef & Cheddar on Potato Hoagies
|
1. Thaw. 2. On stovetop, heat beef in Aujus until heated through (do not boil). 3. Heat bbq sauce in microwave.
Meanwhile, place rolls on sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes @350 degrees (optional).
Place equal amounts of beef on each roll. Top with cheese and bbq sauce.
