2. In large non-stick skillet heat garlic and oil. Brown pork chops on both sides (3-4 minutes per side).

1.Thaw allowing meat to marinade. 2.Remove roast from bag and discard marinade.
3.Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. 4.Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add onion and pepper mixture and cook until tender. 5.Serve over roast.

2. Microwave buns for 30 seconds.
3. Layer, turkey, pepper/jack cheese and bacon in individual stacks on microwavable plates. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until heated through. Place on heated pretzel rolls. Top with desired amount of sweet & spicy plum sauce.
