Caraway Beef Roast
1. Thaw or prepare from frozen.
2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker, on medium heat for 8 -9 hours.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Steak Fajitas
1. Thaw   2. In skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add steak and peppers.    Cook until heated through. Add picante sauce.
3. Warm tortillas in microwave for 30-45 seconds. Top each with desired amounts of steak mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Top w/ sour cream if desired.
Salisbury Steak in French Onion Gravy
1. Thaw.   2. In skillet, brown patties over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and set aside. Add ingredients from small bag to skillet. Bring to a boil.
3. Return patties to skillet. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and sauce is thickened.    
Mashed Potatoes: 1. Boil 4 cups (full size) or 2 cups (half size) of water. 2. Remove from heat and stir in potato granules with wire whisk or fork.
Tailgaters Pork Chops
1. Thaw. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Place stuffing into ovenproof 2 quart casserole dish and bake covered for 35- 40 minutes.    4. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook pork chops in 2 tbsp oil until brown on both sides, about 8 minutes. 5. Pour small bag of liquid over pork chops and cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Bacon Stuffed Cheeseburger Meatloaf
1. Thaw.
2. Bake, covered @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until internal temp.
reaches 160 degrees.
Creamy White Chili
1. Thaw.   2. In a large saucepan, sauté chicken mixture in 1 Tbsp oil 3-5 minutes.
3. Add broth and bean mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. 
4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream mixture.
Greek Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts
1. Thaw.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
Seafood Enchiladas
1. Thaw or prepare from frozen. 
2. Bake, covered, 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
Skillet Lasagna
1. Thaw. 2. Heat large bag of tomato mixture in a skillet over medium heat to simmering. Add ground beef mixture and cook about 4 minutes. 3. Scatter pasta over meat, but do not stir. Pour small bag of tomato sauce over pasta. Cover and bring to simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. (About 20 minutes) 4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan. 5. Drop spoonfuls of ricotta over lasagna, cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Lemon Chicken Gnocchi Casserole
1. Thaw
2. Bake, covered, @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until sauce begins to brown and
 bubble (10-15 minutes).
Potato Encrusted Cod & Twice Baked Potatoes
Fish:
1. Thaw.   2. Place on baking sheet.
3. Bake, uncovered @ 375 degrees for 18-23 minutes.
Twice Baked Potatoes:
1. Place twice baked potatoes on sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees,
uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Cranberry Dijon Pork Roast
1. Thaw.
2. Add 1/4 cup of water to bottom of pan.
3. Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Cheesy Augratin Potatoes w/Kielbasa
1. Thaw. 
2. Bake @ 350, covered, 30 - 40 minutes or until heated through.

 

 

 


*Always remove the parchment paper before preparing an entrée.

 

*Use a scissors to snip corner of bag for easy removal of contents.
